Carla Diniz is Chief of People and Performance at NTS. She is in charge of Human Resources and Strategic Management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a postgraduate degree in People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in Finance from IBMEC - RJ, where she also completed her master's degree in Administration. She holds more than 15 years of experience in People and Management, having worked at BHG, Vale and Ambev, where she started her career in the Industrial Operations area, moving later to the People and Management area. In 2007, she was elected Leader of the Fundação Estudar with a scholarship for executive education at Darden School of Business: University of Virginia. |

Mr. Alex Monteiro has over 20 years of experience in finance and have occupied leadership positions involving M&A, treasury and controllership roles within different business segments of Vale in Brazil, Norway and Canada. In the last five years, he served as Corporate Finance and Treasury Director and held Executive Finance and IR Director position at Neoenergia. |

Bruno Piloto is the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at NTS. He holds a law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in Energy Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has participated in executive education programs at Harvard Law School and Fundação Dom Cabral. He also holds certifications in Natural Gas Grid Codes from the Florence School of Regulation and in Natural Gas Transportation Charges from the Energy Regulators Regional Association. Before joining NTS, he worked at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. Bruno has more than 10 years of experience in various areas of law, with greater expertise in corporate and regulatory law. |

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade do Minho in Portugal and MBA in Energy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro. Over his 20 years of experience he held leadership positions at Galp, throughout different countries such as Portugal, France and Brazil. He was responsible for many projects and strategic contracts negotiations in the oil & gas sector along his career. |
